This isn't technically Pearl Jam, but instead Eddie Vedder solo. He wrote all but two of the songs for the soundtrack to Into the Wild. The songs are hauntingly beautiful. In 2007 Eddie Vedder was nominated for a Golden Globe for his contribution to the movie's original score. In 2008 the song Guaranteed was nominated for Best Song Written for a Motion Picture at the Grammy Awards and at the 2007 Golden Globes it won the award for Best Original Song... Enjoy!

Beautiful song that perfectly fits that movie. I can see why it won all the awards.
